Now you can see the the apartments, across the photographies there can be done an idea of the whole dedication and time that we have inverted in this dream that now sees the light, La Quintana de Villar was a Casona Asturiana with stable placed in a closed estate of 90.000m2, that after a careful remodeling we have turned into a hospitable and beautiful place.

La
Quintana de Villar is placed in the skirt of the Peña Villar , a low mountain that is the whole emblem in the capital of Parres's council, to its feet we prune to contemplate Arriondas's villa, a city of 5600 habitants in continuous expansion and that in the summers months turns its population, in it we prune to find, swimming pool, hospital, zones of sport, train and bus, etc.

La Quintana de Villar is distributed in 6 independent apartments , all of them of similar distributions. Each of them is decorated of different form with colors and own furniture that do not repeat themselves in any of them.
All the apartments have capacity for 4 persons , with two rooms, a bath, a lounge and a kitchen. Besides our Quintana has a special apartment for 6 persons, with three rooms and two baths.
The decoration is one of the parts of that more we have taken care, the walls are manufacture exclusive for our Quintana, this way as the paintings and motives of the walls. All decorated by Agustín Aramburu, famous Asturian interior decorator. |

All the apartments have lounge - kitchen.
Every apartment is equipped with everything necessary in order that you like in his own house:
- Oven, microwave, coffee pot, mixer, toaster, furniture.
- Plate, dryer of hair in bathrooms, fire-extinguisher, TV , heating.
- barbecue zone, wide parking.
FOR COMPLET WEEK RESERVATIONS:
The apartments have a Service of Cleanliness (from Monday until Friday, rooms and bathrooms) of 10:00 to 13:00 hours , besides they count with a room shared of laundry room, equipped with 3 washers, 2 wringers, plates, etc.
